Cookie Policy

Cookies are small bits of text sent by our servers to your computer or device when you access our services. They are stored in your browser and later sent back to our servers so that we can provide contextual content. Without cookies, using the web would be a much more frustrating experience. We use them to support your activities on our website. For example, your session (so you don't have to login again) or your shopping cart.

Cookies are also used to help us understand your preferences based on previous or current activity on our website (the pages you have visited), your language and country, which enables us to provide you with improved services.

Here is an overview of the cookies that may be stored on your device when you visit our website:

We did our best to ensure that no third-party cookies are used on this website (website based on Odoo, you see in the list above that only Odoo is listed as the origin of the cookie, so "us"). We designed our website while avoiding the following sources of third-party cookies:

  • Content Delivery Networks (CDNs), used to speed-up page loading and image loading, at the expense of having a third-party company observe your behavior on the website. We instead use lower-resolution images and videos to ensure fast page loading while preserving your privacy.
  • External fonts, that make the website nicer at the expense of the font provider being able to observe your behavior. We instead use free-to-use fonts that we serve from our own website.
  • Traffic analytics, used to tailor websites to their visitors, remove pain points, identify problems proactively, and compute aggregate statistics about visitor behavior (for instance used to detect that a particular translation is of bad quality). These analytics tools are almost always built on third-party services, that, through their use, are able to observe your behavior. We instead use low-tech analytics that we can do entirely in-house. We may not be able to immediately detect that some button is difficult to understand, but your privacy is preserved!
